Shipping policy

At Pet Planet Trowbridge, we aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently and transparently as possible. This page explains how our shipping process works, including handling times, delivery options, and important information about delivery estimates.

Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We currently deliver across the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.

Order Processing & Handling Time

We process orders within 1 to 3 working days after your payment has been confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day. Processing covers order verification, packing, and getting your parcel ready for dispatch.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery choices:

· Free Economy Delivery – estimated delivery within 5 to 8 working days after dispatch
· Standard Delivery – estimated delivery within 3 to 4 working days after dispatch, priced at £15

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery estimates start from the date of dispatch, not the date you placed your order. The timeframes given are estimates only. Delays can sometimes occur due to weather, courier disruptions, busy periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery window, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. If tracking details are available from the courier, they will be included in that email.

Incorrect Address Details

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. If a parcel is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, appears to be delayed, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help put things right.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments

If a parcel is considerably overdue or we believe it may be lost, we will work with the courier to investigate. The time it takes to reach a resolution will depend on the carrier’s own processes.

Public Holidays & Peak Periods

During public holidays, seasonal sales, or other exceptionally busy delivery periods, both order processing and delivery may take longer than the usual estimates.
